Why SoldHistory Exists

The Founder
SoldHistory was founded by Ross Talibov, a Toronto-based real estate broker with over 13 years of experience and more than $250M in closed transactions across the GTA.
Working directly with buyers, sellers, and investors revealed a consistent issue: most pricing decisions were being made without full visibility into actual sold data.
SoldHistory was created to ensure market participants could anchor decisions in real evidence — not listing prices, not estimates, and not assumptions.
