SoldHistory is a Canadian real estate intelligence platform focused on one thing: verified sold prices.
Search historical sales, understand pricing trends, and make decisions based on what properties actually sold for — not listing prices or estimates.
Following a landmark court ruling in 2018, SoldHistory was among the first platforms in Canada to make sold data publicly accessible.
What You Can Do
- Search sold prices across Toronto and the GTA
- Compare properties and pricing trends
- Validate a realistic price range
- Understand market conditions by neighbourhood
Why SoldHistory Exists
For decades, sold home prices in Toronto and the GTA were accessible mainly to industry professionals. Buyers and homeowners often relied on intermediaries simply to understand what properties were actually trading for.
SoldHistory was built to remove that opacity. The goal was simple: make real market data visible, usable, and understandable without hype, inflated estimates, or artificial scarcity.
Data First. Interpretation Second.
Data shows what has happened. Decisions determine what happens next.
SoldHistory provides access to:
- Verified sold prices
- Neighbourhood-level market trends
- Pricing context across Toronto and the GTA
SoldHistory provides data. Interpretation depends on your goals, timing, and risk tolerance.
What Makes SoldHistory Different
- Focused on sold data, not listings
- No automated price estimates presented as facts
- Clear separation between data and advice
- Built for both consumers and professionals
The Founder

SoldHistory was founded by Ross Talibov, a Toronto-based real estate broker with over a decade of experience working with buyers, sellers, and investors across the GTA.
That experience revealed a consistent problem: many pricing decisions were being made without full visibility into actual sold data.
SoldHistory was created to help market participants anchor decisions in real evidence — not listing prices, not estimates, and not assumptions.
Who Uses SoldHistory
